Describe a “first” (first apartment, first day of school, first time driving a car, first lie, first big success, first roller coaster ride, first time in this setting). Include as many details as possible, being sure to include an aspect relating to each of the five senses.
Thursday
Create a story using at least 20 lines of dialogue (punctuate correctly). have 1 character tell another character bad news (his or her pet died, he or she failed the driver's test, he or she is moving away), have 1 character tell another character good news that the other person doesn't want to hear (ie telling your ex that you're getting married, telling your parents your having a baby). The scene should have some element of conflict and should have some resolution.
Friday
Write a story, poem, or reaction using at least 3 of the following phrases:
I remember.....I don't remember......I have always.....I see.....I don’t see.....I want to....I have never.....I wonder.....I love.....I don’t know.....I try to.....I don’t want to.....I try not to
Tell a story with the title "The Scream" or "Behind the Movie Screen"

Think of an episode from your own past and then rewrite it from a perspective other than your own

Begin a story/poem with "I thought I knew" or "I thought I saw"

Write a story of incorporating the image of "the wedding cake in the middle of the road." .

If you could have one super power, what would it be and why? Write a story where your super power is used.
